A modern-day story which takes place in a four-star hotel situated in the centre of Warsaw. It presents funny, sometimes bitter cases of the hotel’s guests, which all along intertwine with the staff’s personal lives. Each guest is a separate story and their arrival at the hotel opens a new chapter.
Natalia Lipska, a 24-four-year-old, is running the luxurious hotel – she’s become its owner through an unexpected turn of events. Natalia is young, spontaneous, direct and completely out of place in the world of “kid gloves” and professional courtesy.
